Alex Hellrung
Founder
Alex has been a consultant since 2017, leveraging her experience in marketing, communications, and event planning in big agency, nonprofit, and government sectors. This diverse background provides her with a well-rounded perspective for crafting effective strategies. She holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Communication from the University of Wyoming, where she also taught Public Speaking.

Shylah Webb
Customer Service and Events
Shylah joined the Townbell team in 2022. She brings exceptional leadership, organization, and customer service skills honed by over 15 years in the hospitality industry. Shylah is also a leader in the community planning local events in collaboration with city officials and first responders.

Meredith Lee Brown
Social Media and Marketing
Meredith is a communications specialist with 12 years of experience in the environmental non-profit sector. She leads Meredith Lee Brown Communications, helping purpose-driven organizations tell impactful stories. Her work spans social impact, climate resilience, water conservation, and environmental justice. Meredith holds a Master’s from Yale and lives in the Bay Area with her husband and son.
